1. These Terms of Service govern access to NovaBuy Ops, including partner workflows, operator tools, internal recovery surfaces, and related APIs. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
2. By creating an account, requesting operator access, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you represent that you are authorized to act for your organization and have the authority to accept these Terms.
3. Your NovaBuy Ops account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, approved recovery contacts, and any workflow actions taken under your account.
4. All content on the Platform is the intellectual property of NovaBuy Inc. or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including distributing malware, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, scraping protected content without authorization, or interfering with other users.
6. Platform access tiers, partner entitlements, and regional workflow limits may change without notice. Additional fees or contractual terms, if any, are governed by separate commercial agreements.
7. NovaBuy Ops provides operational tooling on an as-is and as-available basis. Service levels, support windows, and restoration targets are governed by the applicable order form or internal operating policy.
8. Maintenance windows, workflow delays, and degraded partner connectivity may occur during regional incidents, vendor outages, or force majeure events. NovaBuy is not liable for third-party dependency failures outside its reasonable control.
9. Recovery workflows, trust actions, and operator approvals are auditable. You agree that NovaBuy may retain activity records, workflow history, and related metadata for security, compliance, and service operations.
10. User-submitted content, including notes, escalations, moderation actions, and support updates, must be accurate, appropriately scoped, and compliant with NovaBuy policies.
11. NovaBuy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
12. We use cookies, session identifiers, and similar technologies to secure access, preserve workflow state, and improve the Platform. You can manage certain preferences through our Cookie Policy page.
13. NovaBuy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or administrative notice at least 30 days prior to taking effect when required by law.
14. For security-related disclosures and vulnerability reports, contact the platform security team directly at admin@internal.novabuy.local or through the internal reporting portal at /security/report. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 48 hours.
15. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
16. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. NovaBuy’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable services in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
18. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaBuy Inc. regarding your use of the Platform.
